The Second International Forum of the cities of the 60th parallel

The Second International Forum of the Cities situated near the 60^th parallel will take place in Surgut (Western Siberia, Khanty-Mansiysky autonomous okrug) on the 9-11^th of June thanks to good will and the efforts of the administration, enterprises and institutions under the support of the government of Khanty-Mansiysky autonomous okrug-Yugra. The program “60 parallel” is a new practice of cooperation and arrangement of communications between people at all levels – from official structures to professional communities and informal public relations.
